Synopsis:
New York, 2011. A 15-year-old girl appears crucified in a suburb on the outskirts. Look, Triggs, an investigative journalist for the Manhattan Press unexpectedly receives a strange envelope. Inside, the polaroid of another teenager gagged and handcuffed, with a single note: “GINA PEBBLES, 2002. ”
Look, Triggs and Jim Schmoer, your former journalism teacher, will track down the girl in the picture as they investigate New York’s crucifixion. In this way, they will enter a religious institution where everything is secret and a unique enigma full of suspense in which they will have to decipher three impossible questions: what happened to Gina? who sent the polaroid? and, the most important one; Are the two stories connected?
