Synopsis:
Rachel Watson is a newly divorced woman, and with certain problems with drinking. Every day, she takes the train to work in New York, and every day the train passes by her old house. In that house now her husband lives with his new wife and son. In order not to choke on her own sorrows, Rachel decides to focus on looking at a couple, Megan and Scott Hipwell , who live a few houses below their own. Start then to create in your head a wonderful dream life on this seemingly perfect family.
Everything changes when one morning, from the window of the train, Rachel witnesses a shocking and disconcerting event that fills her with rage. The next day, he wakes up with a terrible hangover, various wounds and bruises, and remembers nothing of the previous night. He also has the strange feeling that something bad has happened.
